Keith Pollock founded the company in 2008. He set out to create a one-stop-shop for all bespoke joinery requirements, for both home and business. Experience
We have completed a number of stand-out projects that have garnered national accreditation and praise. In 2018, Lidl enlisted Keith Pollock Joinery to conduct a re-fit of its bathrooms in all 34 stores across Scotland. We were part of a two-year renovation of Emily Murray’s home, famously known as The Pink House, which culminated in 2016. We designed and fabricated a number of bespoke carpentry solutions in what was a dingy basement into The Den, a room that works as a home office, sitting/movie room, home bar and spare room.
More recently, in 2022, Keith Pollock Joinery conducted the fit-out of Edinburgh’s most talked about specialty coffee shop, BEATNIK. Our work included managing the project, as well as designing and fabricating numerous bespoke furniture and storage solutions.
